AQUAROBICS I  

This 45 minute class is for the beginning exerciser who likes the water and is looking for the additional resistance of the water.  INTERMEDIATE

Mondays and Fridays @ 8-8:45am

 

AQUAROBICS II

Our most advanced Aqua size class assured to challenge your fitness level.  ADVANCED         

Mondays and Fridays @ 10-10:45am

 

 

WATER WALKING in water that's about waist-high, walk across the pool swinging your arms as you do when walking on land. Avoid walking on your tiptoes, and keep your back straight. Tighten your abdominal muscles to avoid leaning too far forward or to the side.                                                                       Mondays and Fridays @ 9-9:45am & 11-11:45am

 

AQUA TABATA interval training is one of the most effective types of high intensity interval training. Mixing this format with the properties of water through a variety of simple, yet intense exercises, allows each class to blast away the calories and provide noticeable results in a short amount of time.  

                        Tuesdays @ 6-6:45pm and Thursdays @ 3-3:45pm

 

JOINT EFFORT

Water is a safe, ideal environment for relieving Arthritis pain and stiffness.  Plus it is fun!  The Arthritis Foundation recommends water exercise especially for people with arthritis, because it allows you to exercise without putting excess strain on your joints and muscles.

                        Wednesdays @ 9:30-10:15am
