Senior Fitness and Activities

Today's seniors are more health conscious than ever before.

At the YMCA we've made the health and fitness of our seniors a top priority by providing programs for the spirit, mind and body. Through group exercise classes and aquatic programs that concentrate on mobility and flexibility, billiards club, social events, and volunteer activities, the YMCA is bringing Seniors / Active Older Adults (AOA) together for camaraderie, fellowship and fun!

Seniors/AOA programs are FREE for Y members!

SENIOR FITNESS (Class Listing)
Washington Tuesday and Thursday at 9:30am 
Wellman Tuesday and Thursday at 9:00am
Kalona Monday and Thursday at 10:00am
Low impact aerobics, toning and stretching for a complete routine. Includes a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion, and activity for daily living skills.
