Health, Well-Being and Fitness
Helping you become healthier in spirit, mind and body is fundamental to the mission of the YMCA.  We have a wide range of offerings provided by highly trained professionals.  After receiving your free, personalized fitness orientation, you can use our fully equipped Fitness Center, attend many different group exercise classes, or take advantage of personal training sessions.  We offer programs for all ages and abilities.  We also provide specialized programs to improve your overall wellness.  Each branch offers a wide variety of programs and services. For details, contact the YMCA nearest you.

Family Time
At the Y, you and your family can spend time together having fun. Whether you’re exercising together, participating in parent-child programs, spending some time at camp, or attending family fun events at your neighborhood YMCA, you will treasure these moments of memorable experiences in a safe and friendly environment. Family programs vary by branch. For details, contact the YMCA nearest you.

Swim, Sports & Play
Our sports programs develop more than skills—they develop character. Coaches—often volunteers and including many parents—emphasize teamwork, cooperation, and developing good values. Baseball, soccer, volleyball, flag football, tae kwon do, basketball, dodgeball and track—check out the sports offerings at your Y and get in the game. Improve your skills, make new friends, be active with other kids and learn to love a sport at the Y. Swimming is a life skill as well as great exercise and a challenging sport. The YMCA has been America's leading swim instructor for more than 100 years. Ys offer swim lessons for all ages but our aquatics programs extend beyond instruction. We also provide recreational, competitive and specialty aquatics programs for all ages and abilities, including parent-child classes, water exercise and therapy, water safety and rescue, and water sports. Teen centers, group exercise, triathlon training, dance clubs, skateboarding, arts—there’s a lot more than sports at the Y, giving kids the chance to exert energy, try new things, make new friends … and be kids! Swim sports and play programs vary by branch. For details, contact the YMCA nearest you.

Sports & Recreation
At the Y, sports and recreational activities are something special. Friendly competition (even with yourself), lots of variety and a supportive environment means team sports and recreation is fun again, and it makes for a healthier lifestyle and a good story or two. Whether you miss “suiting up” or are new to team sports, the Y’s sports leagues provide a perfect opportunity to be active, social and reconnect or start fresh with a sport you love. So many activities serve to restore our spirits and energy, get us outdoors or test our limits. And for many of us, they’re the foundation of active living and rewarding relationships. Sports and recreation programs vary by branch. For details, contact the YMCA nearest you.

Camp
The YMCA offers many day camp for children and youth. Camp is an enriching experience for kids, providing many experiences that offer support, empowerment, self-esteem, and constructive use of time. Our trained, caring staff help every child explore new skills, opportunities and experiences, while building self-confidence.

Education & Leadership
At the YMCA, we pride ourselves in making a significant impact in the lives of teens. Our programs offer opportunities for teens to develop positive and life-long relationships with adults and youth in our community. All our programs promote leadership and meaningful community service.

Our exceptional staff members provide services and experiences that support the growth and development of strong kids and strong families. All activities are based on the core values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility.

Group Interests
